The bed is comfortable and the location is great. The management had a very pleasant manner. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot the hotel...

We had 2 nights in Ames, spend our time here greatly. Loved that the room included climate control and an electronic key card. They tackled problem right away.
The bed was very uncomfortable.
